Problems Solved

Learning is ongoing and rarely confined to a classroom. Kellogg needed to efficiently and effectively deliver training and knowledge to its global sales force wherever and whenever learning takes place.

Solution:

Working closely with Kellogg’s Global Learning Solutions team, we embarked on the discovery, design and development of a new, robust learning platform to engage and deliver training programs to Kellogg employees around the world.


The responsive design and intuitive navigation of Kellogg.Academy invites registered users to explore learning on a variety of topics ranging from consumer insights to sales negotiation from the comfort of their home office desktop, tablet or mobile device. Depending on the user’s role and subject matter interests, the site presents tailored curriculum ranging from concise consumable bites to in-depth interactive modules. The site integrates training modules that are independently developed and hosted on Kellogg’s Learning Management System (LMS).


In addition to developing the Kellogg Academy website, Miron Communications also supports the ongoing development of Kellogg training programs including storyboard design, interactive module development, content translation, voice over narration and publishing to the Kellogg LMS.


Results:

The new learning platform has been well received by the Kellogg global sales force. Registered users frequently visit the site to enroll in new training programs and return to the site to refresh their knowledge.
